Jefferson Trail Treatment Center for Children believes in changing lives and creating hope. That's why our child-centered, family-focused treatment is so successful. Geared especially for adolescents ages 13-17, our programs help residents become active participants in all aspects of their treatment. Patients benefit from the center's small size, supportive staff and access to various community partnerships and enrichment programs.
Services:
- Secure, 45-day substance abuse treatment program
- 30-day assessment and diagnostic program
- Adjunct therapies such as riding, drama, assistance dogs, art and poetry
- Enrichment activities such as choir, after-school clubs, fitness programs, a weekly newspaper and a literature program in partnership with University of Virginia
- Jefferson Academy of Excellence School
- Virginia and West Virginia Medicaid provider; TRICARE and DC Medicaid pending
Accreditation:
- Fully accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
